Job Description: Have the opportunity of a lifetime at Traction
Software, a quickly growing company leading the "Enterprise 2.0"
software charge. As part of a marketing campaign that generates
interested leads, you will reach out to Fortune 100-1,000 companies,
government agencies, and nonprofit organizations with the primary
objective of qualifying leads and setting up appointments for the sales
team. The right individual will aggressively call leads, engage
interest, and create the excitement that Traction TeamPage Enteprise
Wiki and Blog software applications can offer. The ideal individual
will be trained at the highest level on lead generation. Secondary
objectives are organized around assisting field and web marketing
efforts to sustain and increase lead flow.
Qualifications:
(Preferred) 2 Plus years in a cold calling environment, software industry experience is a plus.
(Preferred) 2 Plus years Customer Service or Telemarketing experience.
Familiarity with blog and wiki software.
Software or solutions demonstration skills.
Excellent phone and writing skills.
Positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
Team Player.
Location: This position will be located in our Herndon, VA sales office.
Trial period:
The initial position will be a three month trial.
Providing that performance is acceptable, the position will become
full-time on the three month anniversary of the start date. Eligibility
for benefits begins upon full-time employment.
Compensation:
$30K annual base salary + $20/demo setup + 1% of revenue from sales generated as a result of those demos. Health Insurance is available after commencement of full time employment.
Quota:
Arrange 10 demos/week
Desired skills:
Familiarity with Wiki/Blog/Web-based collaboration software.
Familiarity with enterprise focused telemarketing or selling.
